OUR BIOGRAPHY

Over the years family and friends asked us to cook for functions ranging from weddings to business parties, to backyard parties, as we have always enjoyed creating entertainment themes in celebration of life’s special events. On the home front there was always an open invitation for Saturday night dinner. Word spread so that sometimes we didn’t know who our guests were.

In June 2002, Chillin & Grillin was born when we added a push cart to our inventory of other grills. Our reputation for preparing mouth watering food spread by word of mouth. Success has been due to our love of fellowship and our love of food. Prior to establishment of Chillin & Grillin we planned and catered weddings, anniversary parties, neighborhood social events, Christmas parties, and lake parties. Our services span all indoor and outdoor events though our specialy is - cooked on site - catering. We are grillin while you are chillin!  We are known for our barbecue and special homemade sauce but our grillin encompasses your favorite meats and fish.

We offer the ability to provide customized delivery including organizing, scheduling, coordinating, and catering. We also partner with other professionals to complete all of your party needs.  Before Chillin & Grillin, we both worked the corporate world. Jaime a sales manager and Deana a facility manager. Combined we have 60 years of customer care. We have raised 4 girls and now live in Iron Station, outside of Charlotte.
