Hello, my name is Tim Wallace.  I am the owner of Integri-T Installations LLC.  I formed Integri-T in 2010, but I have been installing since 2002.  I gained my experience from installing for the big-box home-improvement stores, and excelled in the service by taking pride in my work, paying attention to the detail and taking care of the customers' needs. 

          I wanted to offer the same quality installation services that customers get from the home-improvement stores without having to pay the higher retail prices.  By using the installation services that Integri-T offers you get the quality you expect for a lower cost.  This keeps money in your pocketbook and peace of mind knowing your installation is being done by someone who cares.

          I chose the name Integri-T Installations because I wanted a name that reflectes my values.  I believe that all things should be done with excellence and integrity. 

          In 2008 the EPA passed a law to help prevent potential lead poisoning caused by the disturbance of lead-dust contained in buildings built prior to 1978.  Contractors are required to become certified by the EPA and to use specific work practices to prevent lead-dust contamination.

What You Need To Know

• Many homes built prior to 1978 contain lead-based paint.
  o 24% of homes built between 1960-1978 contain lead-paint.
  o 69% of homes built between 1940-1960 contain lead-paint.
  o 87% of homes built before 1940 contain lead-paint.
• Lead-Safe Work practices must be used to prevent lead contamination.
  o The work area must be contained using plastic sheeting.
  o Avoid practices that create large amounts of lead-dust.
  o Do a thorough clean-up using approved methods and a HEPA vac.
